Highly recommend McGilley Roofing & Construction. It was Fantastic service from the initial quote to the finished roof. The McGilley crew took extra care & caution to protect my in ground pool & all outside areas while removing the existing roof & installing the new one. The McGilley Roofing crew was also able to resolve several leaks I have been experiencing around my dormers since my roof was replaced several years ago. I even hired a side contractor to fix these leaks but they were not able to fix them. Thankfully the McGilley crew was. I’m one very Happy customer & I guarantee you will be too!

We received 4 estimates for our roofing and skylight project. McGilley was the most honest and was willing to make an effort to try and save us money. They did our entire roof in one day and it looks beautiful. The crew was terrific and they cleaned everything up. We highly recommend this company.

Overall satisfied with Tom and his crew who redid the back half of my roof this summer. He came quickly to do the quote and the price was lower than a few others but not the cheapest. I had given a few requests to Tom when he did the quote but then on game day the crew didn’t quite get the message – they removed a new plumbing vent and kept the old one. I caught their mistake that day and they reinstalled the plumbing vent – but didn’t reattach it under the roof. This same spot also leaked within a week because the vent wasn’t properly secured underneath. I tried fixing it and Tom came back out and it was okay for another few months. Then I noticed a very humid attic – water condensation all over the place. I discovered that the bath fan wasn’t sealed to the roof vent – so a bunch of moist air was dumping into my attic. I alerted Tom to this and after a week Tom came back and fully restored my plumbing vent and the bath fan to the condition it was before they made their mistake. Tom wanted me to be happy in the end which I value – it just would have been much better if they took better care initially and inspected their own work before I had to discover it all.

Excellent job. They definitely understand appropriate construction methods and detailing. Job was done quickly, professionally and at a really good price. Had my roof shingled, the chimney and some skylights removed, new brake metal on all the fascia and new soffit, . Would hire again in a heartbeat.
